Off Washington Square: Storytelling at Cornelia St. Cafe

Last night I walked through Washington Square thinking how lucky I am to host the monthly "City Stories: Stoops to Nuts" storytelling show at the Cornelia Street Cafe.  My life is in the top of the seventh, I have three innings to go. I'm meeting interesting, talented and curious people all the time. Thank you, Barbara Aliprantis, Angelo Verga & Robin Hirsch.
Last night, our Halloween show was darn good.  I admire everyone who performed. They each fit into my life in a different way, and bringing them together was blissful.
Thank you, Tricia Alexandro, Nick Danger, Steve Northeast, Timothy O'Mara, Barry & Brian Stabile.  You brought your game. I watched the audience when you each performed, they flipped. Please come back next year.  Tiffany, thank you for taking care of everybody, you are the best. I hope you finished that 3am paper.
My Dad built a movie house in my head and each month I plan to bring a double feature starring terrific storytelling and songsmith talent to 29 Cornelia Street.
Our next show is Tuesday, November 15th, and we're going loopy with a few guests that make me laugh silly and a few artists that shake my emotions. November's talent: Cris BeamMichele Carlo, Taffy Jaffe, Thomas Pryor, Lianne Smith & David Terhune.  Please come. Gobble, gobble!
Here are pictures of last night's show and my walk around and through the Square.
Kambi Crews, you were missed. Hope all is well. Please come tell sometime soon. Tommy
