I love the beach and New York has many that please and tease. When I was a kid all I wanted was horribly hot weather so I could get into the water, but fortunately, as I got older the beach became a four seasons’ haven and friend.
Last September, I spent a long day at Jacob Riis Park in Queens. Gritty Riis Park empty resembles an ancient city left on the water by a lost civilization. Get there, it's beautiful.

The Giants play Monday night, today is football free for me, time to hit the bike. Wishing the Cowboys and Eagles punishing defeats.
