Stoops to Nuts - Leaving Uptown, Going Downtown

Tricia Alexandro
Thank you, Tricia Alexandro, Michele Carlo, Alex De Suze, Carlo Fortunato, Seth FosterLuke Thayer, Eric Vetter, and Adam Wade, for a sweet event this past Wednesday at Ryan's Daughter in Yorkville. All of you are generous and talented performers. Seth, Alex, Carlo & Eric brought a music sample of The Summer Replacements, the house band for the the No Name & A Bag O'Chips variety show with them, and we are grateful. Thank you, to everyone who came out, your support makes me smile, and thank you, Ryans Daughter, for hosting "Yorkville: Stoops to Nuts" storytelling show. We had a wonderful time. Aiden's professional service was steady right through the night. We will be back as soon as you'll have us. Gordon Balkcom, thank you, for hard work and letting people know we are out there.

Below are photos from Ryan's Daughter and a link to many more.

"Stoops to Nuts" moves back to Cornelia Street Cafe next Tues, April 9th @ 6pm. Our guests: Kurt Gertsmann, Pauline Findlay, Tim O'Mara and Amanda Thorpe. I host and tell a yarn. Admission is $8 with a free drink.

This week, Time Out Magazine picked "City Stories: Stoops to Nuts" as a cool thing to do (pg. 43 in the hard copy).

Hope to see you there.
