"Bike's Back, Weather's Back, I'm Back"

After four months of being laid up one way or another I'm cycling and back to the gym this week. I've missed real exercise, I'm diving in cautiously, no relapses.

"City Stories: Stoops to Nuts" tomorrow,  Tues, April 9th @ 6pm. Our guests: Kurt Gertsmann, Pauline Findlay, Tim O'Mara and Amanda Thorpe. I'll host and tell a yarn. Admission is $8 with a free drink.

This week, Time Out Magazine picked "City Stories: Stoops to Nuts" as a cool thing to do (pg. 43 in the hard copy).
