President Obama awarded a stimulus grant to Tommy Pryor to cheer three listless puppies up.

"Please make these dogs laugh, Pencil, Casey and Ted's sad pusses are killing me," President Obama said to Pryor by phone after the award.

Pryor assured the President he'll get it done at the Telephone Bar & Grill this coming Monday, September 14th @ 8pm. Come, support the pups.
